If you are not satisfied with goods or quality you can simply return the item in original package with invoice for a refund or exchange. However reserve the right to withhold the shipping costs.
The length of warranty varies on the items we sell but all start from date of purchase. There is no warranty on items that have been fitted incorrectly and we don’t accept for labour on faulty goods that are returned. No warranty claim on parts that have been fitted by Non Qualified mechanics For any warranty claims we would need a letter from the mechanic who fitted the part which has the business letterhead to provide to our suppliers. Without this letter we are unable to make any warranty claims. We may ask for the item to be return for inspection too. Please use a trackable return service and keep the receipt Our warranty is limited liability for product only and does not cover labour , fitting , inconvenience , car hire , breakdown charges or any other damages.
